Consume 2-5 leaves of Tulsi with water. ‘Shyama tulsi’ is preffered in winters. Break the leaves into small pieces with hands. This prevents free radical formation and increases immunity, keeps away cold & flu. It prevents aging. Consume for a month and see the difference.
For children, crush the leaves & take out the juice, mix with honey or jaggery and then give. Don’t give with milk. At least one hour gap with milk should be kept.
